Top of the class perks at Owens

Owens Community College is offering a new incentive for high schools students to graduate at the top of their class. Beginning with the 2010 high school graduating class, the new Academic Achievement
Scholarship Program
will include those who are ranked within the top 10 percent of their graduating classes or who have achieved at least a 3.5 grade point average at their career center school, among other criteria. Offered to graduates from public and private high school as well as career centers within the College’s legal district, which includes Lucas, Wood, and Hancock counties (and parts of Ottawa and Sandusky counties).
