Learning online and offline at the Nexus Academy of Toledo

Looking for the benefits of online school while also receiving education in a physical classroom? Nexus Academy of Toledo, a tuition-free public charter high school, may be the place for you.

Nexus Academy combines online instruction with small classes and has school locations throughout Ohio, Michigan and Indiana, each limited to 250-300 students. Students have access to a state-of-the-art-fitness center at every Nexus Academy campus and the program’s curriculum includes Honors, AP, elective and core courses. With blended learning at Nexus Academy, students get the support and flexibility they need.  

Nexus Academy of Toledo is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED.

Students at Nexus Academy attend either a morning or afternoon session at the campus four days a week: Monday-Thursday for the afternoon session and Tuesday-Friday for the morning session. When they are away campus, students spend approximately twelve hours a week completing online lessons.
