Tia Johnson loves exploring and making memories with her family. At The All Inclusive Mama on Facebook, she shares her love of adventure and all-inclusive travel tips with other families who are ready to step out into the world. “The All Inclusive Mama is a lifestyle and travel platform for moms who want to create memories with their families without feeling overwhelmed planning it all,” Johnson said. “ I share travel inspiration, local activities around Toledo, mom life and realistic ways to make fun memories with your kids.”
Prioritizing mom time
“I also help families, couples and busy moms plan vacations through my travel business, Timeless Travels Co. My goal is to show moms that you can still prioritize adventure, fun and time for yourself, even in the middle of motherhood,” Johnson adds.
Johnson started her creative project in 2025 with the goal of connecting with other moms who shared her love of travel and motherhood. Many of her followers are moms like herself who are trying to balance work life and parenting life while also making time for family fun.
“As moms, we get so caught up in routines, work and responsibilities that sometimes we forget to pause and enjoy life. Travel allows families to reconnect, experience new cultures and spend intentional quality time together away from everyday distractions. Even small adventures locally can make a huge impact on kids and families.”
Get to Know Tia Johnson
Tell us about yourself! I’m Tia Johnson. I’m a wife, mom, travel advisor, and content creator based in the Toledo area. My husband, Keith and my daughter Ky’Lia (3) keep me very busy. My family loves traveling, trying local experiences and making memories together.
Where did you grow up? I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. My husband, Keith, started working for Jeep (now Stellantis) after college. We had been navigating a long-distance relationship, and moving to Toledo in March 2020 allowed us to finally be in the same city and start building our life together. Since then, Toledo has truly become home.
Education? Career background? I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Bowling Green State University. I currently work remotely, reviewing and analyzing member appeals and grievances related to health insurance coverage and claims. It requires a lot of attention to detail, problem-solving, and advocacy, a rewarding career that I balance alongside running my travel business and The All Inclusive Mama.
If you could learn one new skill/ talent/ability to master, what would it be? I would love to master content creation and videography on a bigger scale. I love storytelling and creating content that helps families.
Do you have a Mom ‘superpower’ or Mom hack that makes daily life easier? Planning ahead and keeping activities on hand at all times. Whether it’s snacks, coloring books, or travel activities for my daughter, I’ve learned moms survive by being prepared.
Which do you prefer? Podcasts, books or movies? Movies for sure. I love a good action movie!
Any hobbies? Traveling, exploring local family activities, fitness classes, creating content, DIY projects with my daughter, shopping and discovering new restaurants and experiences.

Favorite local restaurant? The Standard. The chicken parmesan is my absolute favorite!
Favorite hidden or not so hidden gem in the Toledo area? Honestly the growing number of local play cafes and family-friendly businesses in the area, which are amazing for moms looking for things to do with young kids.
