YMCA Fun Bus
The Fun Bus will be at several locations with free recreational activities for Toledo youth. Riverside Elementary 1-2pm. Wilson Park 12:20-2pm. Navarre Park, 12:20-2pm. 

Jim Gill’s Sing-a-thon of Celebrated Songs
Jim Gill is an award-winning musician and author known for celebrating active play. Clap, sing, play, and dance along at the Main library as he strums his banjo! 1:30-2:30 pm.

Community Movie Nights
Bring chairs, blankets, snacks and family to enjoy Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile at Glenwood Park. 

A Friends & Family Fun Night will precede Guardians of the Galaxy at Ottawa Park. Play oversized games like Jenga and Connect 4, and eSports video games. There will also be giveaways!

Jeep Fest

The Jeep Fest Kids Zone and Hensville Park will have tons of free events and activities for families.

Ms. Nikki’s Traveling Story Bag and Disney’s Queen of Katwe
The Toledo Museum of Art will host two free family events around the exhibit Black Orpheus: Jacob Lawrence and the Mbari Club. A story time with Nykiiah Wright of Ms. Nikki’s Traveling Story Bag at noon, and a viewing of Disney’s Queen of Katwe following.

40th Annual National Night Out

The Frederick Douglass Community Center will host this year’s National Night Out, an evening when local police officers gather with the community in a fun setting.

BeInstrumental hosts a weekly drum circle for families at Danny Thomas Park each Tuesday from noon-4pm.

The Ribbon Skate Party Series
DJ’s Folk and Mattimoe will be playing a mix of old school roller skating jams, funk, soul, disco, reggae, Latin, and house music to keep you in the groove. Admission is free, equipment rentals are available at an additional cost.

Community Day at Tatum Park

Urban Wholistics hosts an opportunity for the community to experience urban farming. Visitors can explore, shop with local vendors and picnic on the farm at Tatum Park. 


Perrysburg Family Fun Day

Join The Cocoon at Woodlands Park for this family fun day. Glovation Circus, DCTaylor and Now Serving BG will perform. 


Promedica Live Movie Nights | Puss In Boots: The Last Wish

Enjoy fun, games and a film with the family downtown at Promenade Park. Activities begin at 6pm.

Local organization BeInstrumental hosts a family friendly outdoor concert at Danny Thomas Park.

Free Art Workshop for Kids/Teens

NAMI of Greater Toledo is offering a FREE art workshop just for kids/teens. Creative Kids provides an opportunity for children/adolescents (6 to 17 years old) to express themselves creatively through art and identify positive coping skills. Registration is required.

Toledo Pride Family Pride Night

Enjoy family-friendly games and activities in honor of Toledo Pride at the Main Library. 

The Toledo Pride Parade will make its way down Adams street on Saturday at noon, with the main event following at Promenade Park.

Rockets Movie Night at the Glass Bowl

The UT Rockets will host a free movie at the Glass Bowl. Bounce houses, movie-themed games and autographs from Toledo student-athletes.

Back 2 Skool Skate Party

Get ready to roll into the new school year with a bang at the Ottawa Park Roller Rink’s Back 2 Skool Skate Party. Equipment rental is available for an additional fee.
