Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo Introduce Exergame Equipment
Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo recently introduced “Exergame” to its members, who now have the option to participate in this program that combines digital technology with physical exercise. The Exergame program features six stations that are appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness. Additionally, each of the Exergame stations help participants develop different exercise-related skill sets like hand-eye coordination, balance, strength-training and more. Members of the Homer Hanham Club (located at 2250 N. Detroit Ave.) will have daily access to Exergame equipment, while members of other seven locations will schedule field trips to use the equipment.
