Toledo Area High School Seniors Could Earn $1000 Scholarship

The Town Center at Levis Commons is awarding a $1000 Scholarship to a Toledo area high school senior who submits the winning black and white photo of Levis Commons with a clearly-identifiable landmark somewhere in the photo field.
