A new, tuition-free classical charter school is opening this fall in Toledo. Northwest Ohio Classical Academy will open classes for students in K-8 this month. Starting next year, the school will add a grade each school year until it is a K-12 school. At Northwest Ohio Classical Academy, students will experience a rigorous curriculum in liberal arts and sciences, which will include classic works of literature, fine arts and history. Students will learn to ask important questions to better understand themselves and their world, as well as learning the importance of acting ethically and responsibly.
