Niche’s Most Diverse School Districts in the Toledo Area

Niche, a National ranking and review site, released its list for the “2025 Most Diverse School Districts.” Niche compiled this ranking by examining detailed demographic and student life data from the U.S. Department of Education, along with feedback from students and parents.

The four factors that went into this ranking were:Student Racial Diversity Index (45.0%), Parent/Student Surveys on Culture & Diversity (25%), Economically Disadvantaged Percent (20%) and Gender Diversity (10%).

Based on Niche’s reports, here are the most diverse school districts in the Toledo Area:

2. Springfield Local School District, Holland (B)

3. Fremont City School District, Fremont (C+)

4. Fostoria City School District, Fostoria (C+)

5. Toledo Public Schools, Toledo (C+)

6. Northwood Local School District, Northwood (B)

7. Bowling Green City School District, Bowling Green (B)

8. Rossford Exempted Village School District, Rossford (C)

9. Findlay City School District, Findlay (B)

10. Maumee City School District, Maumee (B)

11. North Baltimore Local School District, North Baltimore (B)

12. Lake Local School District, Millbury (B+)

13. Wauseon Exempted Village School District, Waseon (B+)
