Toledo has an ingenious way for fathers to spend more time playing—and we mean truly playing—with their little ones. Work and other responsibilities seem to get in the way of a free moment. Discover the Toledo Native Sons and Daughters camp! To strengthen the father/child relationship by providing a weekend of pure fun and no responsibilities, this group allows every father and child to work as a team to accomplish goals and, ultimately, to build a greater sense of belonging—in the family, in the community and with each other. Their next event is at Camp Miakonda, a weekend campout that will have little ones excited!
