Total Sports Complex recently hosted its annual Special Olympics flag football game in Rossford. Law Enforcement of Wood County partnered with the Special Olympics for its sixth year for this event that, in the past, has had little public support. Total Sports Complex changed that outcome by aiming to fill the seats this year. Tracy Pappas, General Manager at Total Sports, is proud to support both the participating kids as well as law enforcement by hosting this event free of charge to the public.
The Special Olympics helps children with intellectual disabilities overcome stigmas, find confidence, and fight to drive towards social changes to create a more inclusive society without judgement.
